1. Return Eligibility

Ceramicove maintains a strict no-return policy except in the following specific situations:

  • Receipt of damaged merchandise
  • Receipt of incorrect merchandise (including wrong color)

Important Notice: Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

2. Claim Process

To initiate a claim for damaged or incorrect merchandise:

  • Email [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photographs of:
    • The damaged package
    • The damaged/incorrect merchandise
  • Retain all original packaging and labels until further instruction
  • Wait for our response with specific return instructions

Please Note: Failure to comply with these requirements will void all claims associated with the transaction.

3. Shipping Requirements

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued
  • For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend:
    • Using trackable shipping service
    • Purchasing shipping insurance

Ceramicove cannot guarantee receipt of untracked return shipments and is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Under no circumstances will Ceramicove accept returns of:

  • Used merchandise
  • Altered merchandise
  • Items without original packaging
  • Claims reported after the 24-hour window

5. Refund Process

For approved returns:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable

6. Additional Information

  • We do not offer exchanges
  • We do not offer return shipping labels
  • All returned items that meet our policy requirements will be destroyed upon receipt
  • International orders are subject to the same policy terms
