Signature Requirements

  • Orders over $200 require an adult signature upon delivery
  • High-value items (over $500) require signature confirmation and additional insurance
  • International orders require signature confirmation

Damaged Items & Claims

  • Inspect all packages immediately upon receipt
  • Document any damage with photos before opening
  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Claims must include photos of damaged items and packaging
  • Replacement or full refund provided for items damaged during transit

Return Shipping
